–Cancellation Policy–

We value your time and ours. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment we respectfully request 24 hours notice (the day before). Same day cancellation/change will result in a 25% charge, no show appointments will result in a 75% charge.

–Online Booking–

* Colour corrections & 1st time Blonding service appointments cannot be booked online. Please book through phone, text or email.
* If you have long and/or thick please add extra time.
* When booking a blonding service please make sure a toner is added to the service.
